#metooHere is my story...
I was born August 10 1967. My adoptive mother was called August 11 1967 to come get me if they wanted me. They came and got me 4 days later. They had a birth son 4 years older than me. At some point he decided that he could molest me because I wasn't part of the family so there was nothing wrong with it. I was told that if I said anything they would dispose of me...It wasn't the first time I wasn't wanted. I went through a few suicide attempts and a lot of drugs drinking sleeping around and running away. My mother sent me to therapy, a psychologist and a social worker. Obviously I couldn't tell anyone what was going on in my life. I left home for the final time at 16. When I was about 30 I wrote my adoptive parents a letter to tell them what happened to me as a child. My adoptive father asked if I was telling them this because I was jealous of everything they had given their birth son. Then they told their son what I had told them. Their son went into a rage and fortunately I was at the neighbours with my kids when he showed up so we hid in the basement while she told him that she didn't know where I was. She was ready to phone the cops. I have not had anything to do with him since.
