MARY LORRAINE DANROTH
Awhile ago I watched an episode of 'Who Do You Think You Are' and it featured Dr. Phil. I may even have it on my DVR...I'll have to check later.
Anyway, back to my story...I watched Dr. Phil yesterday...on the DVR of course and CeCe Moore was on, as well as a father from Calgary with a sad story about his real estate daughter from the island being murdered 10 years ago. The police are saying that the case is still open so that they don't have to release her case file to her dad... This is bullshit. If what they say it's true, there is DNA in that case file and he should be allowed to have access to it. I believe the world should pressure the police force in Victoria as well as the RCMP to hand it over to him. With that being said I Publicly posted on Facebook as well about this in the hopes that people repost so that the story is getting the coverage it deserves...
Just to keep everyone aware as to what I posted publicly on Facebook (when you block someone on Facebook, you can't even see their public post) here you are...
"For some reason people are concerned about submitting their DNA to certain places. They are worried about being cloned or being blamed for a crime they didn't commit.
The truth is that the common sites like Ancestry, 23 and Me, and MyHeritage are private. If you download your raw DNA from these companies and upload it to GedMatch/GedMatch Genesis then at least people like CeCe Moore can help point the police in the right direction. They still can't arrest you for something you didn't do. They have to build a case against you...which would be hard to do if you didn't do it.
As for the cloning part...why wouldn't you want to have another you in the world? But then again if you're a piece of shit, why would anyone want to clone you?
Cloning is still so far in the future that you really have nothing to worry about..."
