When I was about 14 years old my father finally asked me an important question. After years of my acting out and seeing a child psychologist, a counsellor and a social worker he finally asked me if his father was molesting me. I said no, I’m never alone with him and that was the end of the conversation. Obviously he knew someone was put didn’t want to think that it was his son. It was his son that they would constantly leave me alone with. In fact the sexual molestation ended by the time I was 12, which was also when my father was no longer living away in work camp. He was home for good. After I left home at 16 I have no idea what my father did.
